Sorry about that long maintenance/downtime! We're back. As you can see, the site has received a fresh look and some major updates, including:
- Vastly improved product navigation! Now you can sort by your chosen criteria!
- New and better FAQ page, simplified page structure!
- Upgraded the website from http:// to https:// for even stronger security!
- More cool stuff!
Not quite finished with everything yet, but I'll keep tweaking and adding features. Everything is fully functional for the order period now, at least. :]
And now for some kinda bad news...
Orders are opening soon, but some specific colors are being temporarily suspended --which means they will NOT be available to order this time:
- Melon
- Angelic Green
- Rosemary
- Teddy Bear
- Sweet Lilac
- Ominous
- Copper Patina, maybe.
- Black Denim -- the photography for this color just needs to be redone.
- Possibly more!
Why? Because I'm updating the formulas.
These colors have had consistency issues in the past, which sometimes delayed entire batches of eyes. In the interest of having less delayed and late orders, I will be reformulating them to be more consistent.
Of course, all the suspended colors will return later, after they're updated.
Finally, I feel like I should explain why the website was down for so long... ^^;
There was some routine under-the-hood maintenance/upgrades going on which was already taking longer than it was supposed to. At that point I was like "well, the site has been down for so many days already, people are probably expecting it to at least be VISUALLY different when it returns..."
And I was really tired of the old design -- I was planning on redoing it this spring anyway because the old look, lack of organization and structure was making me cringe...
So I started making visual tweaks.... and that turned into a FULL BLOWN OVERHAUL. :0
So, that's the story! Hope you find the new design easier on the eyes, and of course, easier to find what you want!
